After many years of development, I find myself using tools on both Linux and Windows. Usually I prefer the networking and plugins the way they are done on Linux. When I found HTML-Kit for the first time I thought it had promise but a ways to go. WEll, they have go the distance and them some. I would recommend HTML-Kit as a free IDE for the Microsoft Platform any day.
